Email: jkashary@law.stetson.eduJessica Kashary is the Director, Office of Professional Education at Stetson College of Law. Ms. Kashary was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2009. Her previous work includes litigating on behalf of the Florida Department of Children and Families, Children's Legal Services and serving first as Contract Administrator and then as the Procurement and Contracts Manager for Sarasota County Government.
Ms. Kashary has several years of professional development experience training attorneys, educators, and various staff. She has experience running seminars, workshops, webinars, and live briefings. Today, as a department head at Stetson University College of Law, she works with law faculty and outside entities to provide the most current legal training in advocacy, elder law, higher education law, and legal writing; as well as researching and writing grant proposals, and managing grants received by the College of Law.
Her own personal research focuses on the legal intersection of Tribal Law and Government and the federal and state laws that impact Tribal autonomy.
Ms. Kashary holds Master of Laws degree from American University Washington College of Law with a concentration in Civil and Constitutional Rights, a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Flagler College.
